CancerWise Fundraising
We need to raise £40,000 per year to sustain the work of CancerWise. We endeavour to raise this money in a variety of ways including:
Friends Groups
These are groups of interested people who get together to raise funds for CancerWisee. They are supported by our fund raising team but are independent and manage their own events. Why not consider setting up a group of your own?
Help out at an event
CancerWise have a number of fund raising events throughout the year. If you have less time to give or do not want to make a regular commitment this is the Volunteering Opportunity for you! You can commit for as little as 2 hours once a year! And still do a great deal to raise funds for CancerWise.
What does CancerWise offer volunteers?
Induction
Volunteers have a thorough induction to the charity. This is a chance to learn about what we do and to check that volunteering at CancerWise is for you.
Training
All volunteers get basic training at induction.

We aim to hold regular volunteer team get-togethers where you can find out about any new developments
