We are a registered charity offering support and information to anyone concerned about cancer. Serving the communities of Havant, East Hants, Chichester, Arun and the surrounding areas.
We offer a free drop-in service in a friendly non-clinical environment. There is no appointment system, no need for a referral, just a friendly face and a comfy chair when you need it. Our bright, welcoming centre is open from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Wednesday and 9.30 to 1pm on Thursday and Friday and is located in Basin Road, Chichester. 
Our approach is positive and holistic, focussing on relaxation techniques, subsidized complementary therapies and gentle exercise like T'ai Chi and Dru Yoga, tips on looking and feeling good and information on healthy nutrition and lifestyle choices. All designed to help you cope with your diagnosis and treatment
